Award winning Self-catering Holiday cottages located on a farm four miles from Lough Derg on the River Shannon, County Tipperary, Ireland, and within walking distance of the historic and picturesque village of Lorrha (10 minutes.). Visitors are welcome to explore our farm on one of the trails available.

The former Coach House and Stables (now listed heritage buildings) have been converted to five comfortable holiday homes suitable for families and couples. Two more houses, Charlie's Cottage & the Courthouse are situated a short distance away nearer Lorrha village.

All houses are Failte Ireland (Irish Tourist Board) Approved 3 & 4 star rating. WIFI available on site.

Coach House Cottages holiday rentals are the ideal location for you to drop anchor and relax or to use as a base for exploring the surrounding countryside or further afield. For walkers we can supply detailed maps on trails in the region.

Our holiday cottages sleep from 2 to 6 people which makes them ideal for couples or families.
Galway city is only 1 hour away, Cliffs of Moher are 1.5 hours, Dublin 2 hours, Cork 2.5 hours.

The Tipperary village of Lorrha is set in the surrounds of an Ancient Monastic Settlement founded by St. Ruadhan in the sixth century.
