Situated next door to the Courthouse & a short walk from the village centre & opposite St Ruadhans Abbey, it has been fully renovated & sleeps 2/3 people. The house consists of a kitchen / dining room (4.3m x 5.5m) electric cooker, fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave. Sitting room with open fire (4.3m x 3m) television & cd player. Bedroom with a double bed & space for a folding bed or cot (4.3m x 3.6m) & bathroom en suite (1.8m x 3.3m). House is equipped for 3 people. Outside there is a private seating area & garden.
